R. Jack Fishman
Robert Jack Fishman serves as Chief Executive Officer and President of Lakeway Publishers, Inc. Fishman founded the company some 49 years ago as publisher and editor of the Citizen Tribune in Morristown. He received his BS degree from Memphis State University in 1955 and has attended the Southeastern Institute for Organizational Management, the Academy for Organizational Management, the Industrial Development Institute and the American Press Institute. He has served as president and on the Board of Director for several organizations, including the Tennessee Press Association and the National Newspaper Association. In addition, he has served on the Board of Directors of the Associated Press and the Newspaper Association of America. Fishman served on the National Information Infrastructure Advisory Council, the Tennessee Industrial and Agricultural Development Commission, and is Chairman of the Industrial Development Board of the City of Morristown and Past President of the Greater Morristown Chamber of Commerce.He served as a member of the Tennessee Board of Regents and served as vice chairman for four terms. He is a lifetime member of the Kiwanis Club, a Paul Harris Fellow and has received numerous awards from civic, government and educational institutions for his service to these organizations. He is a member of All Saints Episcopal Church and has served as Senior Warden for several terms and has served as a member of the Bishop Council for the Diocese of East Tennessee.

Michael Fishman, editor/publisher of the Citizen Tribune in Morristown, Tennessee, is Secretary Treasurer of Lakeway Publishers, Inc. Mike graduated with a BBA in Business Administration from East Tennessee State University and began his employment with Lakeway in 1988. Fishman, who attends First United Methodist Church in Morristown with his wife Angie, and three children, is a past president of the Tennessee Press Association, an organization in which he remains active. He is active in the community and serves on multiple local boards. He is past president of the Morristown Area Chamber of Commerce, the Boys & Girls Club, the Kiwanis Club and the United Way. He currently sits on the WSCC Foundation Board of Trustees.

Jeff Fishman is Vice President of the Middle Tennessee group of newspaper and Vice President of Lakeway Publishers, Inc. Jeff received his BS degree in Communications and Media studies from East Tennessee State University. He has served as president of the Tennessee Press Association; served on the Board of Directors of the National Newspaper Association, and on the Board of Tennessee Press Service. He has served on the vestry of St. Barnabas Episcopal Church and resides in Tullahoma with his wife, Karen and one son. He is active in the community and serves on many local boards, he is a past president of the Tullahoma Chamber of Commerce, and the Coffey County as well as the Tullahoma Industrial Board, and is a past president of the Arnold Community Council and presently is a trustee on the Motlow State Community College Foundation.

A native of the Mississippi Delta, Blackley began his newspaper career in his hometown of Rolling Fork as a high school student. He went on to pursue the career as he entered the University of Mississippi as a journalism major, becoming the managing editor of The Daily Mississippian, the student newspaper before transferring to Delta State University, where he earned a B.A. in English/communications. He worked as managing editor of the daily Clarksdale Press-Register in Clarksdale, Mississippi, before leaving the newsroom to manage community newspapers in Mississippi, Alabama and Georgia. His last stint before joining Lakeway was in Covington, Tenn., where he spent eight years as publisher. He has won numerous press association awards across multiple states for writing, photography and his work in promoting . A husband a father of two, Blackley enjoys kayaking, camping, fishing and playing music.
Vice President – Lakeway Publishers of MO, Inc.
Jeff is a thirty plus year veteran of Publishing and communications. He has served as Publisher of the Moulton Advertiser in Moulton, AL, the Columbia Progress in Columbia MS and President and Publisher of Main Street Media Company in Charlottesville, VA. Jeff was the co-founder and managing partner of Tin Cans Marketing and has experience across a wide range of channels of communication Technologies. He has earned top accolades from many state press associations and was the architect of the first-ever nonprofit website to attract millions of visitors each month for the National Christian Coalition in Chesapeake, VA. Jeff returns to community journalism and joined Lakeway Publishers of Missouri as Publisher of the Lincoln County Journal, the Troy Free Press, and Newstime in 2018. He and his wife Elaina reside in Wentzville, Missouri.
General Manager – Press Journal Printing
He began his career with Press Journal Printing in 1996 as production manager and was promoted to General Manager in 2004. He has lead the division to win top awards in print quality over the past few years. He is involved in his community and serves on boards and projects; The YMCA Board of Directors, The Louisiana Rotary Club, the Riverfront Development Commission, and the Pike County Economic Development Agency, as well as others. He is the former president of the Louisiana Chamber of Commerce and the recipient of their Member of the Year award. Jeff also mentors youth during the local YMCA Reach and Rise Program.
Vice President at Lakeway Publishers of Virginia
Steve Weddle began working in the newspaper industry in the 1990s as ad compositor for the Westmoreland News in Montross, Virginia. In 2001 he was named editor of the Northern Neck News and in 2008 was promoted to publisher of The Central Virginian. In 2013 he was appointed vice president of Lakeway Publisher’s Virginia division and currently oversees six community newspapers.
Vice President of Lakeway Publishers of Florida Inc.
Dennis Wilkinson is Vice President of Lakeway Publishers of Florida Inc. Dennis was previously Vice President and COO of Sun Publications of Florida; Inc. Dennis started working in the newspaper industry in 1974. Over the past forty years he has worked for a number of newspaper groups such as Morris Communication, Stauffer Communication and Independent Publications, Inc. In his current position he now over sees six publications, five offices and a thirty eight thousand sq. ft. Commercial Printing facility in Central Florida. Dennis was introduced to the newspaper industry in 1974 working as a Press helper for Graphic World Inc. While there he quickly moved through the ranks to become the General Manager and sold commercial printing for the company. Throughout his career he has held many positions with different newspaper groups as Sale Manager, Advertising Director, Operations Director and Publisher of a daily newspaper.
Dennis has been active with area Chamber of Commerce over the years, serving on the Chamber Board of Directors and committees. He was an active Rotarian for over fifteen years and a Paul Harris Fellow.
Vice President of Circulation
Don started working in the newspaper industry in 1989 as a District Manager for Morris Communications- Augusta Georgia. He left Morris in 2005 to join Lakeway Publishers as VP Circulation. Don serves on the board of Lakeway Publishers Inc, Friends of Panther Creek (President) Chairmen of the Tennessee Press Association Circulation Committee from 2006-2013. State Director for Southern Circulation Management Association Served as Team Captain- Relay for Life Citizen Tribune Team, Member of NNA,NAA,SCMA,TPA,SNPA Don oversees all aspects of Audience & Circulation for Lakeway Publishers Inc. Married to Katja Nina Lovelace since 1987. Don has 3 children, Trey ,Trent & Nina. Don is an avid sports fan and enjoys coaching and watching his kids compete in USA Swimming and AAU Basketball.
Vice President of Information Technology
In 2010, Micah joined as an Outside Sales Representative for LogOn Computer Services, a division of Lakeway. From there he held the position of Ultranet Manager, overseeing the development, implementation, and sales of the wireless internet infrastructure. In 2014 he took over as President and CEO of LogOn Computer Services and VP of Information Technology for Lakeway Publishers, Inc. He is active is his community where he has served on the boards for M.A.T.S. and Morristown Covenant Academy. Currently Micah serves as Pastor of Restoration Church in Morristown. He is married to Amanda Davis and they have 2 sons, Seth and Isaiah.
Director of Digital Media
Seth Horn joined Lakeway Publishers, Inc. in 2008 after graduating from East Tennessee State University with a degree in Interactive Digital Media. He oversees every website that Lakeway has for all of their publications, and he is consistently looking for ways to make them more informative, user-friendly, and profitable. He also directs the Digital Media Staff across the 5 divisions of Lakeway Publishers.
Digital Media Coordinator – Middle TN
Joe Martin is the Digital Media Coordinator for the Middle Tennessee Group of Lakeway Publishers, Inc.
Joe began his career with Lakeway in 2005 as a sales representative but quickly moved into his current position. He graduated from Hendersonville High School just out of Nashville in 1988 and continued on at Volunteer State Community college for two years. He is very active in his community in Tullahoma where he is on the Tullahoma Chamber of Commerce Board and has been past president of the ambassador program the chamber offers. He is also the Field Director for the Tullahoma Soccer Association and has coached many teams over the last 8 years. He is a current board member on the Coffee County Leadership team as well as a past graduate of the association. He moved to Tullahoma in 1996 and was married to his wife in 2005. He now has three children of all ages end enjoys spending his free time with his family at the soccer fields.
